What is the warranty period on Rock Luggage products?

All our suitcases and travel bags come with a comprehensive 15-year manufacturer's warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship.

How long does shipping take within the UK?

Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. We also offer an express next-day delivery service for orders placed before 1:00 PM Monday through Thursday.

What is your return policy for unused items?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and protective films still attached.

Are your suitcases cabin-size approved for all airlines?

While many of our cabin cases are designed to meet standard IATA guidelines, we recommend checking the specific dimensions listed on each product page against your airline's current restrictions.

How do I reset the TSA combination lock on my suitcase?

To reset your lock, set the dials to the current opening code (0-0-0 for new cases), press the reset button with a pen, select your new code, and slide the latch to lock it in.
